Editor's Note: A coalition of online service providers -- including America Online, CompuServe and Prodigy -- as well as non-profit organizations, and professional associations filed a suit February 26, 1996 to block enforcement of the indecent material provisions of the elecommunications Act of 1996. The suit  will be combined with an earlier suit by the ACLU and other plaintiffs.
